Mrs. Evéline LeBlanc, 79, widow of Camille V. LeBlanc, of Foyer St. Thomas and formerly of Pré-d'en-Haut died at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital Wednesday night after a brief illness.

Born in Belliveau Village, she was a daughter of the late Philomon and Philomène (Belliveau) Bourgeois. She was a housewife and a member of the Memramcook Golden Age Club. She was a Lady of Ste. Anne. Her husband died in 1981.

She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Léonard Gautreau (Auréa) of Pré-d'en-Haut, Mrs. Dora LeBlanc, Mrs. Alban Léger (Evelina) and Mrs. Léo Paul Gaudet (Jeannette) all of St Joseph, Mrs Léandre Gautreau (Cécille) of Fox Creek, Mrs. Aline Gautreau of . Moncton and Mrs. Ulysse Richard (Rita) of Notre Dame; four sons, Yvon and Antoine LeBlanc, both of Moncton, Aurèle of St. Anselme and Léonard of Pré-d'en-Haut; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Léger of St. Anselme and Mrs. Gérard LeBlanc (Zélica) of Belliveau Village; two brothers, Camille of Villa du Repos in Moncton and Amable of Pré-d'en-Haut; 32 grandchildren; 13 great grand-children ; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11 a.m. from Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
